absorbing tar, naphtalene and so on from coke oven gas(COG) by supplying an activated carbon as an absorbent into a first refining tank; cooling the COG passed through the first tank by flowing it in a condenser; separating the mist from the COG passed through the condenser by flowing it in a second tank; and separating the ultra fine mist from the COG passed through the second tank by flowing it in a third tank.
