PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a charger as a large-sized one making its size larger in the case of charging a large-capacity battery and to use it as a small-sized one reducing its size in carrying, by arranging a plurality of solar batteries being in boardlike shapes at intervals on an insulating sheet 1 of cloth or flexible thin leather, and making this insulating sheet foldable. SOLUTION: A plurality of solar batteries 2 formed into boardlike shapes are arranged at intervals on a flexible insulating sheet 1 of cloth, chamois leather, etc., and the light receiving surface and the rear of each solar battery 2 are fixed to the insulating sheet 1 with a pressure sensitive double coated tape, an adhesive agent, etc. A charger 11 is composed of a plurality of solar batteries 2 fixed on to the insulating sheet 1, a charging circuit 5, a connector 6, and connecting wires 3 for these. When a battery 8 is charged, the charger 11 is widened large and used with all the solar batteries 2 exposed outside. When carrying, the connector 6 is removed from a connector receptacle 7, the insulating sheet 1 is folded in along folding lines 10 shown by broken lines, and the charger 11 is folded compactly so as to be convenient for carrying. |
