<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device provided with a function for simply finding a polar angle and an azimuth angle causing shadowing effect between optional atoms of optional crystal structure. SOLUTION: A model manufacturing part 3c which manufactures crystal model based on inputted structure data for displaying on a screen of a display 4, a means for specifying a position of an atom of the crystal model on the screen of the display 4, and a calculation part 3a calculating a polar angle and an azimuth angle causing shadowing effect between the two atoms specified, are provided. By this, by only performing input of the structure data of the measured sample and position specification of the atoms on the screen of the display 4, the polar angle and the azimuth angle causing shadowing effect between optional atoms are automatically displayed.</p> |
