<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool which is suitable for mounting a cotter bolt in mounting a hot-line. SOLUTION: This tool has a vice mechanism 1, a fixed piece 2, a moving piece 3 and an operating rod 4. The vice mechanism 1 is formed in a C vice-like form, and the fixed piece 2 is provided on the fixed side of the holding part of the vice mechanism 1 and has a grooved stripe which is extended over in the direction of perpendicularly crossing the axial direction of the threaded rod of the vice mechanism 1 and formed so as to be able to slide in the direction of perpendicularly crossing the surface located on the movable side of the holding part of the vice mechanism 1 without rotating the head part of a cotter bolt B. Also, the moving piece 3 is provided on the movable side of the holding part of the vice mechanism 1 and has a slit which is formed so that the shaft part of the cotter bolt B can be inserted thereinto from one opened end side and also it is provided so as to be able to move forward and backward with respect to the fixed piece 2 side without being rotated due to the rotation of the threaded rod 1a, and the operating rod 4 comprises an electrically insulating material connected to the threaded rod 1a located on the opposite side to the moving piece 3.</p> |
