PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically control the temperature of cooking surface in a heater-cooker which heats the object to be heated by electromagnetic induction heating to roast, if the heated object is made of a removable roaster. SOLUTION: A non magnetic metal bar 11 is provided between a heating coil 8 and a ceramic plate 9. The non magnetic metal bar 11 has one end at the outer circumference of the heating coil 8, the other end at the center of heating coil 8, and a portion thereof in contact with the ceramic plate 9. A temperature sensor is mounted on this non magnetic metal bar 11, thereby a controller 7 indirectly detects the temperature of the heated object 2 through the signal from the temperature sensor via the ceramic plate 9 at the time of heating to power control the induction heating to adjust the temperature of the heated object 2 to a predetermined temperature. |
