A medical syringe comprises of a cylindrical barrel (21) with an outlet (24) at one end and a compression piston (31) of an elastic material on a plunger (30) inserted into the other end. The barrel also contains at least one free piston (33) made from an elastic material and located between the compression piston and the outlet. The compression piston and free piston(s) form chambers (41, 41A) inside the barrel which can hold different substances for injection in sequence. The free piston has one end facing towards the outlet, lateral seal rings (36), and a second end (34) facing towards the compression piston. It is shaped so that it retracts under radial pressure after reaching the outlet end of the barrel, allowing a second substance to be injected past it.
