PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly set the utilization conditions or price, to contents to change the utilization method or price with the passage of time. SOLUTION: Information 104 showing the execution enable period set for each class of utilization is added to contents 106 to be enciphered and distributed. When a request to utilize the contents 106 is generated, at a user terminal 200, whether it is time to permit the use of these contents 106 at present or not is judged while referring to the information 104 added to the enciphered contents 106. When permitting the user, the enciphered contents 106 are deciphered and target processing is performed. Thus, concerning the contents 106 to change its utilization purpose or value with the passage of time, its utilization conditions or price can be flexibly set. |
