PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a material corresponding to a quality found out in each member so as to improve durability by molding integrally a bumper rubber and a dust cover by materials which are different from each other, and vulcanizing them. SOLUTION: In a bumper rubber A with a dust cover, a bumper rubber 110 is made of a fatigue resistance material, and a dust cover 120 is made of ozone resistance material. The rubber A is manufactured in such a way that, for example, the fatigue resistance material is filled from a material filling hole 11a, simultaneously the ozone resistance material is filled from a material filling hole 11b, and they are molded integrally with each other and vulcanized. In this time, for satisfying the simultaneously integral molding and vulcanization, both filling temperatures, filling pressure, a filling condition of a diameter of the filling hole, and a heating condition, are appropriately selected. For example, the filling temperature of the fatigue resistance material may be set to about 150 to 170 deg.C, filling pressure may be set to 110 to 130 kg/cm<2> , the filling temperature of ozone resistance material may be set to about 150 to 170 deg.C, and filling pressure may be set to 110 to 130 kg/cm<2> . |
