<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle detector which can measure such actions due to the circular motions as the rotation angle, rotational speed, rotational frequency, etc., of an operating part based on the voltage of a point of contact detected by a coordinate detector, can improve the measurement accuracy of those actions and also can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: This detection device contains a voltage detection type coordinate detector which touches a coordinate detection sheet 3 forming a contact surface and detects the voltage at a point 2 of contact, and a slide means which circularly slides on the sheet 3 in response to the rotational motion of an operating part 1 which can turn around a rotation axis 7. Thus, the rotation angle of the part 1 is measured based on the voltage value of the point 2 that is detected by the coordinate detector via the sliding of the slide means.</p> |
