<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a joint box which can be used also as the insulating cover of a joint part in halfway an interconnection including a trunk by a method wherein, when the halfway joint is housed in a pair of boxes molded and separated into a separation box and a separation cover, it is housed and installed by forming an opening excluding a punched part. SOLUTION: A pair of joint boxes are formed in such a way that they are molded and separated into a separation box 1 and a separation cover 1-B. When a branch bundled wire is housed, it is housed and installed as it is. When a halfway joint is housed, openings are formed by excluding a punched part 32 and a punched part 32-B, the bottom part of a bottomed bundling tag 26-B is pulled out, openings are formed, the joint is housed, and both electric wire cables are bundled with a band so as to be installed by putting the separation cover 1-B. When the box is sealed airtightly, putty is wound on both bundled parts, they are covered with the separation cover 1-B so as to be pushed and sealed up. When the pair of joint boxes are transparent or translucent, a connection state or the like is visible from the outside.</p> |
