PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation stabilizer by which an inertia moment at the time of start is sufficiently reduced and the inertia moment at the time of constant speed rotation is sufficiently enlarged and which is easily produced. SOLUTION: In this rotation stabilizer for stabilizing the rotation of a photoreceptor drum, a fly-wheel 24 is provided with a main body 24A of fly- wheel attached to the rotary shaft of the photoreceptor drum, plural movable bodies b1-b4 supported by the main body 24A of fly-wheel so as to be slid in radial direction, and tension springs c1-c4 provided so as to energize the movable bodies b1-b4 toward a central shaft 24a of the main body 24A of fly- wheel. In this case, the movable bodies b1-b4 are displaced by the energizing force of the tension springs c1-c4 and centrifugal force at the time of rotation and the center of gravity is moved to a position on the concentric circle of the central shaft 24a so that the inertia moment can be varied. |
