The invention concerns a device (10) for transferring heat between a panel (12) capable of being heated by solar radiation (S) and a wall (14) to be heated. The device comprises an insulating plate (28) to be arranged between the panel (12) and the wall (14), parallel to both, so as to define a closed external space (30) between the panel the insulating plate and a closed internal space (32) between the insulating plate and the wall, as well as circulating means (50, 52) inserted between the external space (30) and the internal space (32) and capable of being set either in an open state allowing air to circulate between the spaces (30 and 32) thereby enabling heat transfer between the panel and the wall, or in a closed state inhibiting all circulation between space 30 and 32 and preventing heat transfer between the panel and the wall.
