PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain reclaimable moisture-proof paper capable of preventing the migration of a wax component, or the like, to an article to be wrapped with the paper, and suitable as a wrapping paper by laminating a barrier coat layer to a wax-containing moisture-proof layer of a reclaimable moisture-proof paper. SOLUTION: This reclaimable moisture-proof paper is obtained by coating the surface of the moisture-proof layer of a reclaimable moisture-proof paper having a moisture-proof layer containing a wax with the solution or dispersion of at least a resin selected from the group consisting of acrylic resins, vinylidene chloride-acrylic copolymer resins, chlorinated polyolefin resins, polyamide resins, nitrocellulose, phenolic resins and polyurethane resins in a coating amount of 0.1-3.0 g/m2 to form a barrier coat layer.
