PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject agent giving a one-pack moisture-curing resin composition having excellent storage stability and thixotropic property by including a urethane compound having a urethane bond and a specific urethane bond group. SOLUTION: The objective agent contains a urethane compound having a urethane bond, a urethane bond group R1 containing a >=15C alkyl group and a urethane bond group R2 containing a polar group selected from ester group, carbonate group, ether group, etc., wherein the above groups R1 and R2 may together form a single urethane bond group. The above urethane compound is preferably a compound of formula I (A is a residue obtained by removing isocyanate group from an isocyanate compound having >=2 isocyanate groups; (n) is >=1; R1 is a group containing a >=15C alkyl group; R2 is a group containing a polar group selected from ester group, etc.; two or more monomers of formula I may be bonded together through R2 groups to form a structure) (e.g. the compound of formula II).
