PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a countermeasure for an illegal sticker without reducing functions as a public facility represented by a public telephone booth at all. SOLUTION: The surface of a wall surface where at least a sticker is applied is formed of a fluorine-based resin. When the object is a public telephone booth, at least the surface of a glass surface or aluminum which is a structure of the booth or a wall surface, etc., including the telephone body is formed of the fluorine-based resin. Thereby, an illegally applied sticker can instantaneously be peeled off without leaving an adhesive applied to the back surface of the sticker on the wall surface, etc., after peeling off the sticker and without damaging or fouling the surface after peeling off the sticker.
