PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compsn. excellent in resistance to NO2 yellowing and in workability by incorporating a hindered amine compd. having a specified solubility into a polyurethane. SOLUTION: The hindered amine compd. exhibits a solubility of 30 wt.% or higher in N,N-dimethylacetamide at 25 deg.C, has a polyalkylpiperidine structure of formula I (wherein R1 and R2 are each a 1-5C alkyl provided they may combine with each other to form a 5-10C satd, alicyclic group; and Y is H, methyl, methylene, or oxymethyl), an example being represented by formula II (wherein each of B, T, and C has a structure of formula III), and is added in an amt. of 0.1-10 wt.% to the polyurethane. A known polyurethane, such as derived from a polyether, a polyester, or a polycarbonate, is used, The compsn. can further contain an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, inorg. fine particles, a smoothening agent, an org. or inorg. pigment, a mildewproof agent, or the like.
