PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the plate feed time of small-sized printing plate. SOLUTION: When the printing plates on skids are taken out by a sheet feed mechanism 48, a conveyor 50 draws out supporting bars 150 between side plates 74 and 76. When the large printing plate P2 is loaded at this time, the supporting bars 150A to 150G are drawn out but when the small printing plate P1 is placed, only the supporting bars 150A to 150C are drawn out, by which the time for drawing out the supporting bars is shortened and the rapid plate feed is made possible. The exact plate feed is possible with the conveyor by positioning the printing plates by means of pushers 258 and 160 and pin rollers 168, 170.
