PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component measuring apparatus not receiving the effect of volatilization or the like at a time of sampling, reduced in size and cost and improved in the temp. rising responsiveness and temp. controllability of an evaporator. SOLUTION: In a component measuring apparatus having a sample collecting means 30 for collecting a sample corresponding to the output of an alarm generator, an adsorbent 30a for adsorbing a measuring component in the sample is used as the sample collecting means 30. In a mechanism for evaporating the gas in sample water by using an evaporator, a heater is built in the evaporator 30a and a control means for periodically changing the temp. of the evaporator is provided and a gas sensor for outputting analogue quantity is used and a phase detector to which either one of the output of the gas sensor, the control signal to the control means, the control signal to the heater and the output of the temp. sensor arranged in the evaporator is connected is provided.
