PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely detect failure regardless of failed parts without increasing costs. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 21 is provided with a pull-up circuit 22 for connecting an input terminal PI that is connected to a sensor circuit 1 in a pull-up state through a resistor RPU. Then, the microcomputer 21 judges whether an A/D conversion value when the pull-up circuit 22 is connected and that when no pull-up circuit 22 is connected are within a specific range or not to detect each failure.
