<p>A dishwashing machine for cleaning soiled dishes, tableware and utensils, comprising a high pressure, fresh water pumping delivery system for blasting high pressure water through one or more nozzles (12) onto the dishes (16) to be cleaned. The nozzles (12) are the single straight jet type which move at high speed, for example by rotation or by oscillation. The washing process can be performed at high speed, typically one to three seconds per dish. The cleaning may be done without use of detergent and hot water.</p> |
