PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a PTP from being heated at stop of operation so as to maintain a quality of a product, improve a yield, and improve safety and workability at preparation of operation, by providing a movable thermal shield plate between a heating section having a blade part and the PTP. SOLUTION: In a PTP packaging machine equipped with a mechanism which provides a cutting line by melting a resin part of a press through package A into a linear or perforated form by a heated blade 4, a movable thermal shield plate 1 is provided between a heating section 5 having the blade section 4 and the press through package A. The thermal shield plate 1 comprises a flexible metal plate. One end of the metal plate is connected to an air cylinder 2 and is in a state pulled out from among the blade section 4, the heating section 5, and the press through package A at the normal operation. When the machine stops due to malfunction, etc., the thermal shield plate 4 is lifted by the air cylinder 2 and inserted between the blade section 4 and the press through package A through rollers 12, 13, and 14. |
