PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram display panel capable of reducing the cost. SOLUTION: This hologram plate consists of a translucent base 1 where a rainbow hologram pattern (hologram pattern) HG is formed on a surface, and coloring layers 2 and 3 that are deposited on the base 1. The coloring layers 2 and 3 are composed of a covering part C for covering the surface of the base 1 by containing the rainbow hologram pattern HG, and exposed parts W1 and W2 for exposing the surface of the base 1 by containing the rainbow hologram pattern HG.
