PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic controlling-device that can securely drive low load side and high load side actuators, if a common pump drives multiple actuators making the different loads. SOLUTION: Multiple selectors 3, 4, connected in parallel with a hydraulic pump 1, have 1st variable holes A3, A4 and 2nd variable holes B3, B4 that are set in series between the pump 1 and actuators 5, 6, 3rd variable holes C3, C4 that are set in a discharged oil line from the actuators 5, 6 to tanks 16a, 16b, 4th variable holes D3, D4 and 5th variable holes E3, E4 that are set in parallel with the output side of the 3rd variable holes C3, C4. The 5th variable holes E3, E4 are controlled to an open direction by the pressure between the 1st variable holes A3, A4 and the 2nd variable holes B3, B4, and more the force of a spring 15. Thus, their holes E3, E4 are controlled to the close direction by the maximum pressure chosen from higher pressure between the 1st variable holes A3, A4 and the 2nd variable holes B3, B4 of each selector 3, 4.
