GRANULATED.HARNEDED MATERIAL OF COAL ASH BLENDED WITH ROADBED FILTER AS SUPPLEMENTARY MATERIAL, PRODUCING METHOD FOR THE SAME AND ROADBED MATERIAL BLENDED WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the granulated.hardened material of coal ashes free from peripheral pollution with dust at the time of transportation and execution of roadbed material even if a large amount of coal ashes are blended as the supplementary material with a roadbed material and further a method for producing the granulated.hardened material of coal ashes at low cost. SOLUTION: Coal ashes and cement of a suitable amount are supplied to a kneading installation and the powder is mixed and kneaded while adding a suitable amount of water to the mixture. Thereby, a granulated material of 0.3-20 mm is produced and discharged from the kneading installation and hardened by natural curing. The granulated and hardened material, in which arange of grain size is 0.3-20 mm and collapse strength is >=1.2 MPa, is obtained. The production cost of the supplementary material is made inexpensive because the same can be produced by only the single kneading installation and crushing work by a crusher is unnecessitated.
