PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment and a method, in which the number of parts can be reduced which otherwise must be taken in the inner chamber of the equipment for cleaning, and taken out after the cleaning, further a necessary quantity of washing agents, rinsing agents, etc., can also be reduced. SOLUTION: The equipment is provided with a cooking chamber 1 and a fan chamber 2 separated from the cooking chamber by an air deflector 3. A fan rotor 4 is installed in the fan chamber 2 for generating a delivery flow in the cooking chamber 1 and the fan chamber 2. At least one spray nozzle 10 for spraying at least one kind of liquid 20, such as a cleaning agent, a rinsing agent, a clear rinsing agent, a decalcifying agent, water, and/or the like, is faced in the direction of the fan rotor 4. In this case, jet 21 of at least one nozzle 10 is placed to face to the direction nearly opposite to the outlet flow let out from the fan rotor 4 in the fan chamber 2.
