<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each business company to easily and surely connect its own sheath pipe constituting a conduit network for information cable by differently coloring the sheath pipes of the business companies. SOLUTION: New sheath pipes 12 are respectively connected to a plurality of sheath pipes 12 housed in a body pipe 11 between hand holes 14. At the time of connecting the pipes 12 to each other, the new pipe 12 of a business company is colored in the same color as that the already existing pipe 12 of the company. Therefore, each business company A, B,... can connect the new pipe 12 to the already existing pipe 12 by checking the colors of the pipes. New body pipes 11 are slid on the new pipes 12 connected to the already existing pipes 12 and connected to already existing body pipes 11. In each hand hole 14, the same-colored sheath pipe 12 is supported in the corresponding supporting hole 17 of each fixing plate 15 through a sleeve 19.
