PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reducing valve capable of easily changing an orifice diameter, and to provide a pressure reducing mechanism capable of effectively flushing. SOLUTION: In this pressure reducing valve 10, the orifice 14 is replaceable to a valve element 12. In this pressure reducing mechanism, a throttle part 11B wherein a channel diameter is throttled toward a position of the valve element 12 in comparison with a channel diameter d2 of an upstream side piping U connected to an upstream side of the pressure reducing valve 10, is mounted at the upstream side.
