PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an unused area in a table memory which occurs when an output signal corresponding to a picture attribute is stored in a table. SOLUTION: A picture processor processes a picture by using the table where the output signals corresponding to a plurality of picture attributes are stored. An offset corresponding to a picture attribute signal showing the picture attribute of an input signal is added to high-order bit data of the input signal. Thus, the real address of the table memory for reading the output signal corresponding to the input signal from the table is generated.
