PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting an LED(light emitting diode) lamp onto a flexible sheet the that is excellent in water proofing property while satisfying mounting strength, working property for lamp replacement and durability and to provide the LED lamp to be used in such a mounting structure. SOLUTION: A male screw part 43a having a hollow part through which the wiring part 46 of the LED element 42 is to be passed is formed on a lamp case 43 in which the LED element 42 of the LED lamp 4 (41) is housed. Moreover, a grommet metal 28 is fitted to the flexible sheet 21. The male screw part 43a of the LED lamp 4 (41) is inserted into the grommet metal fitting 28, a water proofing packing 48 on the side opposite to the lamp case 43 is abutted on the grommet meta 28, then a nut 49 is screwed onto the male screw part 43a. Furthermore, a groove part 43b for guiding the wiring part 46 to side directions is formed at the tip part of the male screw part 43a of the LED lamp 4 (41).
