PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed food capable of uniformly permeating an additive food material such as dressing into food materials by shaking a container instead of stirring the food materials and mixing a food base with ingredients under stirring according to person's preference and a method for eating the food. SOLUTION: This packed food is obtained by laminating a food ingredient A on spaghetti S as a food base and housing the food into a container, and the container is constituted of a body 1 and a lid 2 covered detachably in nearly hermetically closed state on upper end opening of the body 1 and mixing and stirring space is formed in the inside of the lid 2 by forming the lid 2 in dome- like shape in which the upper end side of the lid is tapered and spaghetti S and ingredient A are packed into the body 1 so that the surface level of the ingredient A becomes lower side than the upper end of the body 1 and the ingredient A housed is mixed with dressing D by shaking the container when eaten. |
