PURPOSE: A method and a device for preventing vehicle robbery accompanied with the breakage of a vehicle window are provided to prevent the robbery of a vehicle by detecting the natural frequency of window breakage and informing a driver of an emergency signal. CONSTITUTION: A glass breakage frequency detector(10) has a microprocessor to detect the dual sounds due to the breakage of glass. A display unit(13) for indicating an emergency depending on the broken state of glass is formed on a detector body(11). The display unit is composed of many alarm LEDs(Light Emitting Devices)(13a,13b,13c). The LEDs have different color to divide the emergencies depending on the broken state of glass. Green LED is for a shock applied on the glass. Orange LED is for broken glass. Red LED is for alarm generation. |
