<p>The method involves transferring data via a bus network to which several subscribers are connected, whereby data are transmitted every communications cycle using a point-to-point transmission protocol from at least one subscriber (master) to at least one further subscriber (TN1,..; STN1,..) and defining a broadcast message within the protocol within which selected data can be transmitted in a broadcast transmission mode. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a device for use in a bus network, especially for implementing the inventive method (b) and a bus network adapted for implementing the inventive method.</p> |
