A method of forming a molecular function network involving biological events by the connect searching with the use of a biological molecular chain data base involving biological event data; and a method of estimating the pathway between an arbitrary biological molecule and an arbitrary biological event in the network, or estimating a biological event in which an arbitrary biological molecule in the network participates.
