The computer keyboard has facility for sound reception and transmission in addition to the normal key functions. Microphone and earpiece may be connected to contact bushes (12, 13). In addition there are a number of sound outputs (14) from loudspeakers for such as voice and music. Other connection points (16, 17) are provided for fan or a lighting unit.
