An aquarium has an incoming/outgoing water pipe which is secured to the sidewall by a clip (1). The clip is essentially an inverted U-shaped bracket with a side-extension. The side-extension has a U-shaped socket whose inlet width is slightly narrower than the hosepipe outer diameter.
