The transporting process involves transporting moistener from a first roll (02) to the surface of a form cylinder (01). Two other rolls (04, 07) are also involved. The surface speed (v04) of the second roll is brought closer to the surface speed (v01) of the form cylinder, the more so as the surface speed of the form cylinder itself increases.
