#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a self-adhesive element (109) constituted of a velvet strip (111) and another strip comprising rigid hooks, where the element is made of Velcro(RTM: hook-and-loop fasteners). The latter strip is sewn on a phonic and thermal insulation mat (103), and the strip (111) is stuck on a visible face (115) of the insulation mat. An insert is fixed on two faces of the mat and has phonic and thermal insulation properties, where the insert is made of adhesive material. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for fixing a tubular equipment e.g. electric cable, air duct, drain line and tubular equipment`s supports, on a phonic and thermal insulation mat fixed on metallic structure parts of a fuselage of an aircraft (claimed) e.g. civil transport aircraft, where the mat is utilized for isolating the aircraft in a thermal and phonic manner for protecting passengers and crew against low temperature in altitude, engine noise or aerodynamic noise. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device permits to facilitate the assembling and disassembling of the equipment on the phonic and thermal insulation mat and to prevent the mat from tear. The device permits to improve sealing at the level of boring of the mat and to limit thermal and phonic loss. The device permits to save time and reduces the number of operators for assembling and disassembling of the equipment. The device reduces the number of fixation elements, thus reducing the cost of the device.
