PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce bleed among inks with nontoxicity and noncorrosion without detriment to the sharpness of edges by adding a cationic surfactant on a dye base of an ink jet ink composition, and also adding a negatively charged dispersant on a pigment base. SOLUTION: A set of ink jet ink is composed of at least one ink jet ink composition of a dye base and an ink composition of a pigment base. The ink jet ink composition of a dye base contains at least one cationic surfactant, and the ink jet ink composition of a pigment base contains at least one negatively charged component such as a dispersant. The cationic surfactnat of a dye base is attracted to the negatively charge dispersant in ink of a pigment base, and the interface among inks of the dye base and the pigment base is stabilized by paired inks negatively charged with respect to the cationic surfactant. |
