<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print method, capable of preventing waste of paper. <P>SOLUTION: A MFP includes a HDD having a group BOX associated with at least tow or more users, receives, at the time of storing data in the group BOX (YES in S12), a receiving time limit for printing the data, stores attribute information including the receiving time limit, sets, upon receipt of a print instruction of data stored in the group BOX before the receiving time limit (YES in S14), identification information for identifying a user who instructs the print to the attribute information without printing the data, and outputs a circulating paper containing the identification information included in the attribute information associated with the data together with the data when the receiving time limit comes (S15). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
