摘要 A polypropylene-ionomer alloy is provided to ensure excellent impact resistance, rigidity, scratch resistance, coating property and gloss, thereby being used for automobile parts like a bumper, and to be easily manufactured by the reactive extrusion. A method of manufacturing a polypropylene-ionomer alloy by reaction extrusion comprises (a) a step for preparing a resin composition by extruding a resin mixture consisting of (A) polypropylene based resin 50~95 weight%, (B) an acid anhydride group or epoxy group-containing polyolefin resin 1~30 weight% and (C) a carboxylic acid group-containing polyethylene copolymer 1~30 weight%; and (b) a step for extruding a mixture consisting of the extruded resin composition 100.0 parts by weight and (D) a metal neutralizing agent 0.001~2 parts by weight, so that 20~80 weight% of the total acid contained within the resin composition is neutralized with metal.
