A safety hammer is provided to prevent the hammer from being separated or being twisted in nailing by forming a movable sliding guide unit made of metal having strong solidity, synthetic resin and ceramics. A safety hammer(20) comprises: a hitting unit(40) hitting an object; a handle(60) gripped with a hand; a hitting unit coupling member(200) coupled with the hitting unit of the hammer; a screw or rail type sliding guide unit(80) formed in the hitting unit; a guide spring operating the guide unit; a spring support supporting the guide spring; and a pin inserted into a guide fixing groove.
