FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: result is achieved by means of request message transmission from mobile station, target message transmission from base station to mobile station and notification message transmission from base station to base station controller. Mobile station transmits indication message to base station controller which message indicates successful completion of link receiving process to transmit data packets, and base station controller processes instruction message about message integrity and security flag check.
