PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shared-ride charge calculation apparatus capable of calculating amount of payment of a user who descends a car first while considering the compensation amount for disadvantage of another user who descends the car later irrespective of descending point of the later user.SOLUTION: A shared-ride charge calculation apparatus 10 has a payment amount calculation section 22 for calculating a payment amount pat a descending point using a formula (2) based on the number of passengers nbefore riding/descending the car; the number of descending passengers d; a compensation rate a; and remainder rbefore riding/descending the car. The shared-ride charge calculation apparatus 10 calculates payment amount pat a descending point without using a piece of information on the descending point of the user who descends the car later. The shared-ride charge calculation apparatus 10 calculates the compensation amount using a compensation rate a; i.e. 0
