PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an aluminium bar material which can prevent a flaw from occurring.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an aluminium bar material includes a surface pressing step in which a surface of an aluminium bar material W is pressed with pressing rolls 51 and 52. In a relation between pressing force of the pressing rolls 51 and 52 relative to the aluminium bar material W and straightness of the aluminium bar material W, a boundary point between a section in which as the pressing force of the pressing rollers increases the straightness of the aluminium bar material W improves and a section in which even if the pressing force of the pressing rolls 51 and 52 increases the straightness does not vary is set as a straightness saturation point, where when the pressing force of the pressing rolls at the straightness saturation point is set as 'Fc', the pressing force of the pressing rolls 51 and 52 in the surface pressing step is set in a range of 1.5Fc-4.0Fc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
