PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally-conductive electromagnetic wave-absorbing sheet which has flame retardancy of a level corresponding V-2 of UL-94 standard, and adequate heat conductivity and magnetic permeability with the need for using a phosphorus based flame retardant.SOLUTION: A thermally-conductive electromagnetic wave-absorbing sheet comprises: 55-60 vol.% of ferrite to a total volume of the sheet, provided the ferrite includes ferrite of 8 μm in average particle diameter and ferrite of 80 μm in the proportion of 9:13 to 15:7 in terms of volume ratio; and 8-10 vol.% of a flame retardant subjected to a surface treatment to the total volume of the sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: None
