The present invention relates to copolycarbonate, and a composition comprising the same. By including a branch type repeat unit in the structure of copolycarbonate, flame retardancy and chemical resistance of the copolycarbonate are improved while maintaining original properties of the copolycarbonate such as impact strength and flowability. The copolycarbonate has a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 100,000 g/mol, comprising: a repeat unit represented by chemical formulas 1 to 3; and a branch type repeat unit represented by chemical formula 4.
