PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively impart heating effects and stimuli to the skin to ease bodily fatigue and firm the body by providing a shower device with a switching valve by which either hot water from a hot water supply pipe or cold water from a cold water supply pipe is guided to a shower head as it switches the hot to cold water or vice versa at regular time intervals. SOLUTION: A switching valve 1, which guides either hot water from a hot water supply pipe 3 or cold water from a cold water supply pipe 2 to a shower head 5 as it switches the hot to cold water or vice versa at regular time intervals, is disposed between the hot water supply pipe 3, the cold water supply pipe 2, and a hose 4 connected to the shower head 5. The switching valve 1 is rotated and switched either manually or by the power of a spring or a motor, etc., to positively switch the hot to cold water or vice versa. When spring power is used, for example, a built-in spring is wound, and at the release of the spring after it has been wound, the valve is rotated and switched by the force of the spring. Therefore, heating effects and stimuli to the skin are effectively imparted to make it possible to relieve bodily fatigue and to firm the body. |
