PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production efficiency of tubular roll of boiled fish paste, prevent lowering of quality due to compression in pulling out of a core lever and facilitate cleaning of the core lever. SOLUTION: A fish meat kneaded raw material is formed into a sheet-like material and gelled by heating and the resultant gel is cut into a prescribed length and rolled in vortex-like state around the core lever and heated and baked according to ordinary method and the core lever is pulled out therefrom to produce the objective tubular roll of boiled fish paste. In this case, texture, taste and bitability of the tubular roll of boiled fish paste can be improved by superposing different kind of food onto the sheet or applying fine carving to the sheet in a direction perpendicular to shaft direction of the core lever, prior to rolling of the sheet around the core lever. |
