The present invention can save construction costs and maintenance costs by, for the improvement of wetland aquatic plant efficiency, finding optimal RGB values for aquatic plant growth; preparing cellophane paper on the basis of the results; manufacturing a plastic sheet greenhouse using the cellophane paper; and then using the plastic sheet greenhouse for a floating plant wetland system, thereby irradiating optimal RGB lights even without using an artificial LED, and maximizing the cultivation efficiency. |
