The present invention relates to a reflective polarizer and a backlight unit having the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polarizer which can realize excellent optical properties not by expressing a colorful like a rainbow or specific one color exterior since light transmitted a reflective polarizer is not inclined to a specific wavelength range according to uniformity in transmittance of objected light polarized inside a wavelength range of visible light by minimizing refractivity mismatching in one specific axial direction.
